Souper!

Okay, folks. Here's the deal. I have surgery on my esophagus on January 10. I will have to be on a soft, mushy diet for quite a while. So I need some Souper Soup Recipes! I can't really have chunks of anything for a while (unless it's soft chunks), so any cream soup, or brothy soup....I don't know. I just know I'm on the prowl! I would also take any non-soup recipes, as long as it's way yummy and mushy, too! :) Send 'em my way if you have 'em! Thanks, gang!

I'm not much of a chef, but I have an excellent recipe:

2 atoms hydrogen
1 atom oxygen

Bond molecularly. Drink.

Sorry, that was lame. Anyway, hope nothing too serious is wrong. Are you upgrading to the new E-sophagus 2006 version? Ok...that was lame too.

I'll now end the lameness.

Man, I'm glad I read that comment. I needed a laugh.

Most of my recipes are either potato (which you could do with really small chunks) or chili. If I come across something brothy or less chunky, I'll pass it on. Hope the surgery isn't too serious.

That was some great lameness! Thanks....I'm all about the lame. Chunks would be fine if it's not something like....bacon or ham. Potatoes and soft beans (in chili) kind of thing would be just fine! I'll blog about the surgery later...thanks!

I made an amazing pumpkin soup for Thanksgiving. It was great and simple. The last step is to blend it in the blender till creamy smooth. I'll get it to you soon.
